- o Does the recruitment process which includes; advertising, coordination with Recruitment Agencies, conduct initial interviews, contract preparation, air flight booking, arrange welcome amenities and staff accommodation.
o Maintain proper HR documentation such as Individual files and subject files.
o Monitor manpower requirements in coordination with the Department Heads.
o Fully in charge of inputting and maintaining all employee records on the Paytrax system.
o Maintain departmental SOP’s, Job Descriptions, etc.
o Monitor the individual attendance in preparation for the payroll processing.
o Administer the HR Policies and Procedures and ensure it is roll out to all Department Heads.
o Check and monitor the Staff Cafeteria, Staff Locker rooms and Staff Accommodation.
o Assists with disciplinary / grievances investigations and produce concise reports.
o Updates Notice Board in a regular basis
o In control of all team members’ requests for vacation, travel, liaise with travel agents tickets.
o Ensure that Staff accommodation is inspected regularly and hold weekly meetings with Housing Officer.
o Worked closely with the PRO to review documents that are expiring like passports, visas, food handlers, licenses, etc.
o Prepare the daily minutes of the meeting of Department Heads
