1-Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages

Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
2-Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing and directing together with front office staff.
3-Ensure smooth check in and check out of all guest through properly handling guest inquiries.
4-Room inspection for VIP guests, arrange VIP amenities to be put in the room. Also arrange pre-registration card, order special welcome drink and face towels according to the fixed arrival time to the hotel.
5-Escorting the VIP guests to the rooms and giving new updated information.
6-Maximizing the hotel profit through effective up selling techniques and making promotion to the various hotel room categories and food and beverage outlets.
