•Identify construction project scope of work; allocating resources; scheduling milestones baseline; coordinating with sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; evaluating and implementing variation orders.
•Ensure code compliance.
•Attend to client progress meetings (as required)
•Produce technical drawings coordinated with Planning Authorities and sub-Contractors
•Technical coordination with other trades (MEP, Structural, Landscape…)
•Resolve day-to-day contract administration issues.
•Monitor sub-contractors work progress in lieu of approved master construction plan.
•Review Monthly engineering reports.
•Carry out Construction Site visits, and report.
•Administrate monthly meetings with proper tracking MOM and follow up.
•Review the Contractors submittals in line with contract document.
•Monitor Company's Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
•Involvement in the early design process.
•Produce architectural and detailed drawings.
•Produce 3D cad models to assist in the design process.
•Prepare permit Documentation and ensure compliance with Authorities requirements.
Major Projects: Residential, office buildings and Industrial projects.
