Manage and ensure operational excellence delivery of full P&L forecast and actuals data within ForecastOne (F1) and Financial Reporting systems by Business Operations (BO), in line with organization’s scorecard targets such as Right-First-Time (RFT) and Service Level Agreement (SLA or timeliness). • 100% SLA Delivery of FX Splits Templates manual upload with zero operations disruption & zero excess hours, an improvement versus previous year, through earlier planning & assessment, and synchronizing calendars across Philippines, UK & Costa Rica BP&A Operations, regional and global business contacts.
• Delivered annual cost savings of $1, 368 and 104 effort hours savings by leading Handover Process Improvement through assessment of available call options, and close collaboration with other sub-teams and with Costa Rica counterparts to capture & address opportunity areas & needs.
• Led the matching & mapping of DMS and operational processes across Philippines & Cost Rica sites to identify and recommend initiatives to improve business operations. Led DMS and operational initiatives: transformed the status update communications to be more business fluent for the Leadership Team, streamlined game planning process with 301 effort hours savings, strengthened controls, eliminated maintenance misses & cleaned up 1, 000+ tasks in global end-to-end operational tasks tracking tool, eliminated RFT issues in F1 scenario maintenance, and updated all BO tools inventory, repository and taxonomy.
• Contributions in building the organization culture and capability - Stepped-up & initiated idea to address associates’ needs to connect & build relationships as a team by organizing quarterly sub-team “connect” which was re-applied to the whole business operations group. Simplified and re-established excess hours process & guidelines by streamlining the approval and tracking process in coordination with HR. Redesigned SME/MO (subject matter expertise or module ownership) scorecard process to effectively assess & evaluate individual performance of Associates while reinforcing expectations as SME/MO.
• Recognized as People Manager. Achieved high assessment average score of 4.5/5 for the past three fiscal year-ends as Manager of Others with average 5-6 direct reports. Ensured that 100% of direct reports are recognized.
On top of base operations, control the budget and incurred costs of BP&A Organization’s People-Related Expenses (PRE). Develop bottom-up fiscal year budget based on pillar owner’s inputs, and propose to Associate Director (AD) for approval. Provide recommendations on budget revisions driven by organizational changes. Developed a streamlined process and budget tool to effectively monitor and generate PRE budgets vs actual reports for mid-year and yearend review with AD.
Served as first point of contact of Forecasters and Finance Analysts for issue escalation, queries on the reports and different functionalities of F1 system. Received consistent Customer Service Award nomination. Delivered initiatives on top of base expectations as Customer Support:
• List Price Initiatives - Migrated the SAP List Price pull process of Business Operations from SAP G11 box to F6P box with zero operational miss. Provided timely result of COPA BW vs. F1 List Prices simulation as part of global recommendation to explore process changes. Led the delivery of 273 annual effort hours savings, and elimination of 45 hours waiting time & 130 excess hours annually, & 3 monthly forecaster-identified RFT issues through simplification of list price validation. Identified opportunity areas in the list price module of business operations. Developed automated templates check tool.
• Owner of Customer Support Global Tracking Tool Migration- Led the full transition and utilization of automated task tracking tool from manual maintenance. Consolidated 400+ communications in one communication master data.
• Customer Support STARS Scorecard Owner - Provided prescribed format to simplify update of team scorecard. Closely collaborated with Costa Rica counterparts to understand & improve scorecard calculation, tracking, and reporting.
Performed project implementations such as finance process integration, systems data migration and corporate restructuring by leveraging project management tools and methodologies.
