Assist the dentist in all the procedures performed.
Prepares the clinic of all the instruments and materials to be needed for all the procedures.
Does charting and documentation.

◦ Assist the customers & make sure that they have a satisfactory & happy shopping experience.
◦ Keep the assigned section well arranged, organized & order items as needed.
◦ Coordinate with other staff as well as with the showroom in-charge for changes & keep up with the other responsibilities in the showroom.
◦ Take cash & wrap customer’s merchandise.

◦ Assist the staff nurses in ensuring that the patient’s medical health and physical, emotional, spiritual needs are attained by any means necessary a nurse could handle.
◦ Ensure the safety of all the patients at all time.

All clinical exposures are under the supervision of the Hospitals Charge Nurse, Staff Nurse & Training Chairman.

All clinical exposure are under the supervision of the Hospitals Head Nurse, Charge, Nurse, Primary Nurse & Training Preceptors.

A. Primary Function
Responsible for the processing of the Government Initiated Benefits, and ensures that every employee is served with the just and right benefits claim that they are entitled to.

B. Duties and Responsibilities
◦ Perform all nursing work services such as dispensing medicines, administering immunizations to staff and employees, giving referrals, health services and some minor administrative duties.
◦ Assist Physicians and Dentist in conducting examinations for the company employee’s on their health and dental status by weekly basis. Also assists in medical examinations for pre-placement, pre-employment, and annual check-up as well.
◦ Notify admin personnel of the actions taken as result of my personal evaluation of employees having contagious diseases, send home as necessary and as required by their health condition.
◦ In-charge of the clinic, see to it that it is clean and the supplies and equipments are ready for use and in good condition.
◦ Process reports of all newly hired employees to government agencies; SSS, BIR and Phil health.
◦ Process all government related benefits claim of employees.
◦ Assists and carry out orders from immediate superior as well as with other colleagues.

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Occupational Health Program and ensure that the medical health and safety to all employees are satisfactorily met.

B. Duties and Responsibilities
◦Perform all nursing work services such as dispensing medicines, administering immunizations to staff and employees, giving referrals, health services and some minor administrative duties.

◦Assist the Company Nurse in preparing the necessary reports to DOH and DOLE like:
a. Accident Reports
b. Monthly Pills Consumer / Family Planning
c. Annual Work Accident
d. Annual Medical Report / Annual Status Report
◦Prepare and manage in dispensing medicines properly for all employees and update medical files, do monthly medicine costing for the Agency and PCP employees and make the monthly medical report for Nozomi Fortune Services Inc.

B. Duties and Responsibilities
◦ Perform nursing responsibilities needed by the patient to attain maximum level of wellness.
◦ Daily endorsement of responsibility to reliever every end shifts.
◦ Perform actual nursing rounds and assessments to each patient at the beginning of every shift.
◦ Observe the guidelines of the rights the patients as wells as the rights for medications administration.
◦ Assists the physicians, PGI’s, and other members of the medical team in performing special procedures to the patients like I.V. insertion, lumbar tap and catheterization, wound debridement and dressing, and etc.
◦ Perform blood transfusions, suctioning, NGT and gastric feedings, blood glucose monitoring, vital signs monitoring, tepid sponge bath, IVF time tapping, and etc.
◦ Accompany the physician and other members of the medical team in the rounds.
◦ Proper documentation of all nursing interventions and procedures performed to the patient.
◦ Coordinate with the other health team members in connection with the patient’s wellness, monitor and observe patient’s health condition alike.
◦ Responsible in doing health teachings to the patients and refer to the physician patient’s health status also in the collaboration with the dietician with regards to the patients diet.
◦ Maintains aseptic technique and sterility at all times and bedside care.
◦ Listen to the patients demand and concerns to establish rapport and good nurse patient relationship
