Armed Forces Hospital Southern Region is under the direct supervision of Medical
Service Division (MSD) of the Ministry of Defense and Aviation (MODA) of Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia. The hospital operates in three districts: The King Faisal Hospital, The King
Fahad Hospital and one Airbase Clinic with current total bed capacity of 350. The hospital
is a tertiary hospital with world-class diagnostic facilities along with successful renal and
cardiac program.
Detailed Job Description
* Assist with stock control within the pharmacy, according to the Policy and
Procedure of the Department.
* Prepare, check deliveries and verifies invoices against order and make sure all
items are received
* Help with stock supply to other Pharmacy sites.
* Compounding, manufacturing and dispensing pharmacy prescriptions and
medications under the direct supervision of the pharmacist.
* Assist with aseptic and non-aseptic pharmacy manufacture and perform other
appropriate tasks and duties.
* Prepare and manufacture Total Parenteral Nutrition products for neonates and
adults
* Participate in the late duty rota and rotation systems between pharmacy sites.
* Checking medication cabinets on ward for replenishment of stock and expiration
dates and assist with ward stock supply and assume responsibility for the
pharmaceutical stock on the ward.

* Dispense and fills in prescriptions.
* Record and posts of dispensed medicines every shift.
* Daily report of filled in prescription for in and out patients.

due date.
* Issue payments and accounted bills, laboratory fees and diagnostic procedure
