EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
• Develops learning and engagement activities for Employees across ranks such as but not limited to Talent Recognition, Sportsfest and Christmas Party for 1, 500 Employees.
• Maintains over-all employee communication platforms such as Viber Community and Intranet.
• Facilitates Onboarding Plan for newly hired Leaders and conducts New Hires Orientation
• Visits and conducts Learning and Engagement events to provincial branches.
• Drafts Human Resource announcements, from content to layout.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
• Serves as Employee Helpdesk and directs employee to respective HR sections.
• Receives and assesses submitted requests for Employee Discipline
• Facilitate over-all due process on Employee Discipline, from serving Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision Memoranda and conducting Clarificatory Hearing as needed
• Coordinates with Manpower Agencies on Employee Discipline for subcontract Employees.

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
• Develops and presents Strategic Plan and budget to stakeholders year-on-year.
• Acts as consultative partner with Team Leaders on Employee Movements and Organization Structures.
• Manages and create analytics on Employees' Performance Review System.
• Conducts exit interview across levels and submits report to concerned Department/s.
• Partners with HR, OD and Legal Director on leading change management.

RECRUITMENT, ENGAGEMENT AND COMPENSATION
• Facilitates end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Ensures smooth onboarding and ofboarding process from preparation of fixed asset up to exit interview.
• Drafted and issued Employee Discipline Memorandum and recommend course of action to erring employees.
• Prepared section's monthly and quarterly reports including but not limited to headcount, attrition, demographics and demographics.
• Processed service charge incentives for the F&B business of the company.
