Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care.
•Monitors and records patient’s vital signs.
•Recording, reporting and referring abnormal findings promptly to the physician.
•Assists patients before, during and after procedures.
•Assist the surgeon in the execution of procedures including but not limited to application of dressing, Incision and drainage, Excision biopsy, minor debridement, suturing with proper aseptic or sterile technique.

•Assists patients before, during and after procedures.
•Assists the doctor during the procedure.
•Assists the doctor during ultrasound monitoring.
•Assists the doctor and patient in cycle stimulation in preparation for IVF.
•Established effective communications between patients and doctors.
•Helps prepare patients for treatments and fertility procedures.
•Provides information to patients on medications and treatments.
•Teaches, instructs and demonstrates to patients of proper medication administration.
•Assists the doctor with the development and implementation of treatment plans.
•Ensures that patient’s data was properly entered and updated.
•Provides patients with information on IUI/IVF procedures.
•Answers patient questions in person and over the phone between appointments.
•Made an effort to get to know patients to increase comfort with treatments.
•Gives health education to patients and/or relatives for the safety and for improvement of the health of patient.
•Protects patient's confidentiality in accordance with the hospital policy.
•Ensures that Infection control practices are adhered to in accordance with approved Infection Control Policy.
