Job Responsibilities:

• Courteously greet and welcome walk in visitors.
• Operates the telephone switchboard of Max Fashions main office towards the entire territories- local and abroad.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the employees working in the organization by screening all incoming calls before transferring to the respective person.
• Takes messages accurately and guarantees that they are delivered promptly to the concerned person.
• Maintains and ensure the cleanliness of the Reception area.
• Answers face-to-face enquiries and provides information when required.
• Booking the outgoing couriers using the ARAMEX and TNT system.
• Conference room booking for the vendors.
• Maintain courier records in a well organize & appropriate file.
• Monitor the attendance record of employees and register of outdoor duty during office hours.
• Custodian of first aid medicines for the employees.
• Taking in charge of the CEO diary in the absence of his personal assistant.
• Performs other related duties assigned.

HR/Admin:

• Calling shortlisted candidates and arranged them for interview.
• Assist the HR for updating employee profiles.
• Performs other related duties assigned from HR Department.

Provide HR and recruitment solutions to various internal and external clients for Engineering, IT, Retail and Manufacturing industries by means of executive search and headhunting and also sourcing (via networking, direct recruiting, and the internet) behavioural based interviewing, selection process, compensation negotiation, reference checks, background investigations, processing the offers, diligent & persistent follow-up.

Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
• Handling middle and senior level recruitment for Group of Companies, MNC's & Government Organizations.
• Receiving the requirements with job description from the client, scrutinizing the job descriptions and discussing it with the Line Manager for further understanding of the requirement.
• Writing job adverts and posting them on careers site - internal career-site and external sources and maintaining the job-responses from the candidates for the advertised vacancies.
• Sourcing relevant resumes from sources like Employee Referrals, Search Engines, Professional networks, Job Portals etc.
• Head hunting to give End- to- End solution for the requirements and Market Mapping.
• Short-listing the candidates and conducting preliminary interviews to ascertain their competencies and skills via - Personal, Telephonic, or Video conference.
• Preparing assessment form of short listed candidates before forwarding to the client and later coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for the interviews with Client.
• Brokering the offer to the candidates on behalf of clients and salary negotiations.
• Client Handling.
• Constant follow up with the client and the candidates till they join the concerned company.
