Prepares work to be estimated and identifies labor, material and time requirements after studying the gathered information and resolves discrepancies if any.
Prepares plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation for the procurement of packages.
Regularly reviews construction plans and identify possible change orders that was not included on proposals and reconciled quantities with third party quantity surveyor
Evaluates accomplishment of the subcontractor’s progress billing proposal
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
Obtain accurate Quantity take-off for the following scope of works (Structural and Architectural)
Coordinate with Operations Group for preparation of percent accomplishments and revenue
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Monitor and resolves project issues/conditions
Prepares change orders with the client and reconcile if necessary
Reviews project construction plans and technical documents
Estimates of newly bid projects (Structural and Architectural works)
Reviews project contract inclusions and scope of works to counter-check
