Review business requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases. Execute the test manually for the web applications. Document, report identified bugs to the developers and ensure that the bugs are fixed for seamless system use and customer satisfaction.
Greet guests and manage reservations and cancellations. Answer guest queries related to reservations and resort details via phone call, text or email. Assist guests on complaints or help needed to give them a positive experience during their stay at the resort.
