Supporting my management team to inspire and motivate my team to act as ambassadors, always making sure the Lush message reaches our customers with exemplary product knowledge. supporting my manager to create a learning culture on the shop floor by providing on the spot feedback, coaching and training to support the development of my team. Working closely with the manager on our vision and goals for our store. Assisting my manager in analyzing business by using Retail Management Accounts, Business Drivers and Customer Experience Reports. Acting upon the analysis on daily basis with the management team to ensure the growth and development of the business. Dealing with the issues professionally, quickly and fairly. Supporting management team in recruiting the right team for the store. Using my time to train newer members of staff and setting an amazing example on the shop floor. Keeping the store a safe environment to work by merchandising according to the guidelines. And ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
