DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Job entails product knowledge on the project of every affiliated developer as it is into selling condominiums, commercial offices, apartments and houses under different developers in the country.
Marketing on social media, booth manning, personal connections.
Selling to potential clients, prospecting to closing sales
Target sales quota 50M to 100M sales yearly individual.
Have been a consistent top seller monthly and yearly.
Have travelled several places national and International Travel incentives from various developers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The job entails a multitask ability to assist and act in behalf of the President,
Answering calls and filter/review documents before submitting to the President.
Managing and reviewing filing in the office of the President
Personally prepare correspondence, email replies and reports presentation in behalf of the president.
Conducting research on the internet related to the project presentation c/o the president
Spear-head the management supervisory of the office of the President
Bridge information from the office to the president.
Plays a vital role in the decision making of the president being the EA which overlooks all the operation of the company for the president
Lastly, manages the travel itinerary meetings and calendar of activities for the president.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The job entails a multitask ability to welcoming visitors,
Answering calls and queries, or transfer to designated officer,
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
Typing documents,
Conducting research on the internet,
Secretary for the PRO, Hr hiring post for job vacancies, drafting offer letters, salary certificates and other materials needed in the HR.

The job entails a multitasking ability wherein I handle almost all the departments head, as a pioneering officer I am task to do almost all legal transactions and business negotiation with the suppliers and clients of the company. I also handle the workforce acting as HR and prepare the
payroll. I organize most of the meetings and events of
the company. My role was expanded to OIC in the few months that I worked in the company.

During my studies, I have learned to understand how politically affected our economics and the people by a simple analysis to its implementation. The impact of my field of study made me practice management instead of the typical student to pursue Law or practice in firms. I am trained to manage and maintain office. Managing daily activities in the officr, handle people and passing commands. I am well verse in office management as I am trained and gained experience local and abroad.
