Job Description:
• Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the sheikh, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
• Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the sheikh, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Document Management: Managing documents, files, and records related to the sheikh's activities, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Travel Arrangements: Assisting in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the sheikh and their entourage.
• Protocol and Etiquette: Understanding and adhering to protocol and etiquette standards when interacting with the sheikh, guests, and other dignitaries.
• Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, receptions, and gatherings hosted by the sheikh.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness in all interactions, considering the sheikh's cultural background and customs.
• Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and discussions involving the sheikh and their affairs.
• Flexibility: Being flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of the sheikh's schedule and priorities, and willing to assist with additional tasks as needed.
