• Lead on the implementation of dialogue, protection, livelihood, and advocacy projects for vulnerable Syrian refugees and Host \community in north Lebanon while focusing on the vertical and horizontal approaches. Act as the main focal point for any claim and complaint, follow up on the route cause and the corrective action.
• In charge of RDPP project implementation, support in Natafa3al project ‘’education’’, and UN Women project in the north area
• Work on strengthening the local community targeting CSO`s, youth, women, men, children, and vulnerable groups from the Syrian refugees and the host communities to participate in workshops trainings (in person and online) related to peacebuilding, conflict sensitivity, conflict resolution, dialogue, acceptance, awareness sessions, gender, empathy, communication, teamwork, to decrease tension and increase social stability to reach peaceful coexistence between both communities.
• Assist CSO`s and youth to build on projects and initiatives reference to their area context and community need ‘’participatory approach’’. Guide them with proposal writings, setting budget, work plans and break down activities based on specific time frame and other criteria’s taking into consideration community engagement and inclusivity throughout the project life cycle.
• Monitor project progress and impact with the MEL team through data collection analysis. Lesson learned reporting and dissemination findings of evaluations. Experience with KOBO, survey Monkey and other tools for data collection.
• Regularly update the refugee context in Lebanon, particularly in the North area and Beqaa.
• Supervise Staff in the field following on day-to-day operation and activities to ensure compliance.
• Have experience in cash assistance, staff management, and sectors coordination such as education and gender.
• Outreach and enroll participants for trainings through social media calls, municipality and local community involvement and support.
• Coordinate with local partners, maintain positive working relations with stakeholders, local authorities, Lebanese armed forces, and civil society actors. As well as, working groups, moderators, and consultants that support Alert’s projects and activities.
• Follow up with facilitators and consultants on the training materials.
• Assure activity deliverables as set by the donor guidelines and regulations.
• Support learning and reflection activities for the Lebanon Programme
• Monitor forecast vs. actual budget to avoid over and underspending.
• Follow up on logistics, procurements, plan purchases of goods and services, payments, and administrative work (service agreements, MOU`s, data archiving and updates, etc.)
• Follow up on communication and visibility of our work with the communication officer.
• Map and update stakeholders and partners list.
• Contribute and develop ideas for new projects, building upon the impact achieved by existing projects.
• Produce periodical reports and analyses on Field interventions, financial reports, narrative, MEL reports, Project reflection session reports, Learning reports etc.…
• Brief senior management, partners, and stakeholder in field visits and discussion spaces to strengthen the field intervention visibility.
• Monitor the security situation in the area and intervene as appropriate with the local authorities especially the LAF.
