• Using general cleaning equipment and chemicals properly and with caution.
• Properly cleaning all sanitary appliances, fittings, and areas daily.
• Replenishing toiletries when required.
• Sweeping, wall cleaning, wet mopping, and floor polishing in general areas.
(dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Clean designated facility areas while maintaining discretion and privacy
(boardrooms and private offices)

• Clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas,
fitness and business centers, and restaurants
• Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash bins
• Change linens and towels and replace toiletries
• Provide laundry services for guests

Answering customer enquiries about products sold and directing them to specific product of choice.
Maintaining tidiness in the isles and cleaning products on the specific shelves.
Telling customers about specific products that are on offer or promotion.
Restocking shelves and labelling price tags on specific products.
Directing product promoters and Merchandisers on where to place company products
Reporting on any issues affecting the supermarket to the chain of command
Ensuring all customers have the best shopper experience to promote customer retention and referral.
