First point of contact for all visitors’ interaction in different events or exhibitions. Administer and educate updates to customers on policies and procedures, provides accurate information and improve overall customer satisfaction in the process. Keep track of correspondence and interactions with customers via phone call and e-mails.
Mainly responsible for data clean-up which includes updating existing databases and building new systems for fresh information. Extra duties like reports to collate information for planning, reference and communications purposes.
Responsible in developing strategies, coaching, mentoring and guidance to a
group of individuals, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of
achieving a certain goal. Worked with operations team daily to provide the best
support for our customers. Conducted trainings, managed and monitored various
KPI’s to ensure the team was meeting its goals. Developed, analyzed and
prepared detailed reports for customer care department. Managed the flow of
day-to-day operations. Drove a team to achieve company initiatives and achieve a
high level of productivity.
Responsible for solving customer issues. Taking phone calls, diagnosing technical
issues, providing instructions, making recommendations, and answering to
customer inquiries. Demonstrated customer-centric approach, patience, excellent
communication and listening skills, computer competencies and teamwork.
Effectively dealt with difficult and irate customers and responsible for retaining
highly escalated customers. Cross trained and provided back-up for other
customer service representative when needed.
Oversee reception area. Greeted visitors and determined to whom and
when they could speak with specific individuals.
Maintain utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive topics.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
arrangements for supervisors and managers. Recorded, transcribed and
distributed minutes of meetings.
Performs all administrative-related function and assures proper
documentation and filing of the company’s confidentialities. Receives
endorsements from direct superior and implement it to all the workers
within my area.
Developed organizational practices and maintained adherence to the
company policies.
Perform administrative duties and develop reports of the Academy
and coordinates accordingly to the department heads.
Managed the receptionist area including greeting visitors and
responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
Received and screened a high volume of internal and external
communications including email and mail.
Managed daily office operations and maintenance of equipment.
Help take care of children who come to the office.
