Responsible for:
Ensuring all information in the claims documents submitted are accurate.
Checking with the member’s Table of Benefits for the eligibility.
Encoding claims details into the member’s database.
Submitting claims documents to various insurance companies
Liaising with various insurance companies for pre-authorizations and claims’ follow ups
Resolving client’s queries in regards to rejected claims and benefits and ensuring the high quality of service is always provided.
Responsible for:
Managing the check-in, boarding gate and special services and lost luggage.
Ensuring all customer needs and requirements are attended to promptly and are provided a positive experience.
Resolving customer issues relating to flight irregularities, disruptions and collaborated with teams to ensure quality service.
Responsible for:
Providing office support by ensuring all incoming visitors are received, attended or directed to concerned parties.
Handling incoming calls and queries. Maintained office systems and correspondence and assisting in schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
Responsible for:
Assisting in the provision of quality meals based on prescribed HACCP standards.
Preparing chinaware and crockery and equipment needed for first class, business and economy class and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
