Handling incoming and outgoing couriers.
Giving all the details of the cheques to the suppliers on time.
Checking & verifying expiry dates of files such as passport, visas, id cards & inform to the person concerned.
Assign drivers the duties to be performed daily, arrange schedules for the drivers.
Maintaining the track record of all the International calls & faxes.
Preparing quotation as per estimation prepared by the sales engineers.
Maintaining soft and hard copy of all the documents related to the quotation with unique identification.
Handling enquires and orders from the different companies.
Managing front office operations.
Following up for the payment with the client.
