• Monitoring debt instruments and shares disposition including forms of shares distribution and share transfer when dealing with mergers and acquisitions to ensure risk free corporate structure and securing business transactions;
• IP registration and legal formalities.

• Reviewing and drafting legal agreements, contracts, memoranda, contracting agreements, settlement agreements, joint ventures and partnership agreements as well as memoranda of association;
• Providing the management with effective legal advice on business issues, debt restructuring and company strategies;
• Reviewing all legal documents and ensuring effective drafting and interpretation;
• Providing sound legal judgment to all departments within the corporation and whenever needed especially for the procurement and contracts departments, HR and other departments in addition to providing the company with analysis, recommendations and advises regarding issues where the legal department is meant to intervene;
• Being an expert in corporate related matters, including but not limited to shareholders resolutions and board resolutions;
• Being responsible for the acquisition of companies, assets and properties with a wide experience of commercial transactions;
• Providing appropriate legal advice towards any dispute between the company and third parties and coordinating lawsuits with independent outsourced law firms to achieve the aimed purposes;
• Providing committed HR advice in issues like grievance matters, conduct and capability, organizational change and employment relations matters;
• Preparing ad hoc and regular management reports supporting in the improvement of management and monitoring performance management.
• Liaising with operational managers and finance officers in ensuring maintenance of staffing establishments within budgets;
• Undertaking selection and recruitment issues including creation of job descriptions, selection process, person specifications, completely grading process, and interview panel participation;
• Keeping up to date information regarding development in human resources practices, employment legislation and sharing of knowledge within the team;

• Advising on investment trends in the UAE including freehold property, stocks and international transactions;
• Drafting on business proposals, MOUs, contracts and other business related agreements, settlements and legal documents;

• Organizing several conferences and exhibitions among which those of an international aspect such as the msi-networking event which was held in Dubai for the first time;
• Representing the law firm at the IP World Leaders Event in London, UK.

• Attended more than 200 trials between 1997-2000 in diversified courts jurisdictions including Civil, Criminal, Shariaa and Military courts, in addition to 37 specialized courses, to fulfill prerequisite qualification standards by the Beirut Bar Association.
