• Administrative support to the Human Resource Department in all areas such as maintenance of employees’ personal files, research, filing and periodic updates of all HR records and day-to-day operations of the department.
• Coordinate with employee’s contracts, position files and correspondences doing other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
• Support the payroll process, ensure that the timesheets are correct and in order and assist the Payroll Officer with other tasks assigned
• Responsible for making meeting and travel arrangements
• Responsible for preparation of request forms/letters such as salary transfer, NOC, sick/annual leaves etc.
• Assisted Recruiting manager with hiring procedures, screening candidate profiles and coordinate candidate interviews and testing, and carrying out background and reference checks on prospective employees
• Complete and mail out Interview Invites and regret emails
• Provide administrative support and assistance to the Dean of Faculty of Business
• Managing front desk - answering students’ queries through phone calls, emails or and in person
• Assist students with issues in enrollments, fixing timetables and other related academic queries
• Managing records of high quality academic paperwork and documentation
• Filing electronic and hard copy documents
