•Responsible for preparation of RVs Contingency calculation.
Responsible for assessment; re-rate, modify and replace existing equipment at Kinneil.
Responsible for the qualitative assessment of the H2S removal capability into the standby Hg filter.
Super QC Checker for P&IDs and Study reports and RVs
for Distillation Columns and RVs.
Managing all the process and engineering activities related to Carbon Capture Plant, Pipeline transport and storage in Shell Golden Eye North Sea, including all utilities and offsite.
Responsible for: Shell Athabasca Oil Sand Project Expansion II: Leading process engineering team and optimization the selected suitable process for U&O; Steam and Condensate System, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Raw Water Supply and Treatment Plant, Cooling Water System. Developing PFDs and Heat & Material balance, equipment sizing and data sheets, Preparation of technical Specifications and duty specs. Preparation of P&ID and related technical data. Review and quality control of technical document. Review of HAZOP meeting comments and actions; Material selection diagram.

Responsible for: Leading process design team to develop PFD, H&M, P&ID, calculation/data sheet, PID, calculation and sizing of Pressure Safety Relief valves and Thermal Relief Valves. etc. for Shell Athabasca Oil Sand Project for Atmospheric &Vacuum distillation and Tank Farm.
HAZOP Study/Review and respond the HAZOP actions.
