Dear Sir,
My Name is Maryam Mumtaz And I am working In KBM Group as admin and as a HR Coordinator.My Daily duties on my job are attend calls of foreign clients and pakistan clients.manage file work, manage staff attendance, safe data on excel sheet if it necessary.deal walk in clients who want to take information about abroad studied.
arrange meetings through E-Mails.booking hotels rooms on phone, arrange dinner of CEO, Manager and confirm them.
• Typing letters on word like appointment letters/membership letters.
Save data on excel sheet.

• Deal with marketing Persons.

• Maintain HR work like make staff ref#, collect their documents and report to HR Manager.

• Serve as liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.

• Scheduled and coordinated appointments and events for manager Entered client information and data into computer system.
Raise Sales Invoices for clients and after one weak make follow up calls for payments.

Give payment to vendor for client work and receive purchase invoices.

Implemented client data and file management system, saving the company.
