- working in IP Back office. Responsible for maintenance of IP network of MTN.
-Maintenance of IP networks with cooperation of different products (MW, TX, BSS), problem
Solving and maintenance.
- Following IPRAN, IPBB and GILAN issues with MTN costumers.
-Analyzing IPRAN, IPBB and GILAN networking sites
-Support all the MTN service issues.
-Also had experience in Project delivery, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, designing and
Implementing complex IP routing scenarios (Including BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
- Experience in Documentation, Hardware Installation and Integration
-Troubleshooting users Internet and computer related issues.
- Tracking and checking user’s technical status and accounting via CRM system.
- Tracking and monitoring different towns and cities network services status via ZABBIX and
CACTI monitoring software
- Writing an accurate and detailed report of users problems and explaining the details of actions
taken to solve the problems. Reporting specific issues to manager
