Carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: visa processing, recruitment & selection, time keeping/ payroll administration, departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, and oversee all termination activities.
Updating & monitoring the Manpower Requirements/Manpower Inventory for all hotels group; maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Schedule interview with candidates, in coordination with respective department heads and the HR Manager.
Assist HR manager during the preliminary interview rounds.
Enter candidates' profile and the interview information in the system to update the database.
Coordinate with selected candidates for joining formalities.
Organize and plan for training and induction of newly joined employees.
Plan and organize various HR activities for employee welfare.
Monitor the employee attendance records.
Assist Finance department in making final settlement to outgoing employees.
