Site Architect
Assists in creating a design concept that meets the requirement of the client. Usually works on a project from start to finish and coordinates with other professions of trade and also suppliers.
My duties and tasks in the company also includes producing detailed working drawings and specifications, site visit to check conformity, and create building designs using cad drafting software, 3D Modeling, also purchasing materials, checking Bill of Materials lists and cost estimating
Produce specifications and drawing that have to be centered on written instructions, calculations and equations provided by engineers and designers.
Should use drafting expertise in drawing plans and details, which can be generated through the AutoCad Application
Fine tune and modify plans to suit the needs manufacturers and architects, communicating with suppliers & builders.
