Reporting to Retail Field Supervisor / Area Manager. Site In-Charge is responsible for the overall operation of the site including all activities and has specific accountability for the performance of Forecourt, Convenience Store and overall site presentation. A Site In-Charge is the key representative between the company and the customer and as such is responsible to ensure that the company standards and objectives are met through leading, motivating and developing all staff reporting to him / her. Ensure to achieve sales targets, agreed budgets as well as excelling in store standards operating procedures, cleanliness, excellent customer service and strict implementation of health and safety guidelines. Through working as a team with the site staff, Site In-Charge is responsible for the supervision, guidance, and safety of all staff employed at the site.
Reporting to the Site Incharge and responsible for the overall operation of the site for a particular shift that has been assigned. Working as a key representative between the Company and the customer and such responsible to ensure that the company standards and objectives are met through leading, motivating and developing all staff reporting on a particular shift. Responsible for smooth operation of the site during the assigned shift and for closing the shift with reports as required. Ensure compliance of hand over to the next Shift In-Charge or Site In-Charge.
