Attending phone calls concluded the nature of calls and assisting callers to the proper department/s
or employees;
Kept detailed messages from the person called upon, containing name, call timing and business
nature;
Accepted and distributed messages and mails to proper departments and employees;
Entertaining and assisting Clients / customers;
Transport confidential materials when necessary from location to location;
Interact with various business contacts, suppliers, and regular coordination with the Manager in line
with the client’s request and needs;
Maintaining conference room calendar and organizing appointments between employees and clients;
Types a variety of routine documents (Letters, Memos, reports and other correspondences) from
handwritten draft using MS Word or MS Excel;
Provides general administrative support such as photo copying and printing of documents, sending
couriers, etc.;
Operated office equipment i.e. fax machines, copiers and use computers for spreadsheet, word
processing, database management, and other applications;
Entertaining and assisting customers in appropriate / excellent approach to convince customers to buy a certain product.
Promoting new products (i.e. perfumes, garments, shoes, accessories, etc.) in customers by showing/ presenting the products and distributing leaflets, if available.
Cleaning the shop every morning and arranging displayed items based on their category and in order to be visually attractive to customers.
Consistent checking of displayed items to ensure all stocks are with displayed piece.
Conducting weekly, monthly and yearly inventory of stocks as required by the management.
Receiving of stocks and make sure that all items are in good condition.
Attend store meetings, and other training sessions, as arranged by management for better improvement in dealing with customers.
Cooperate with others and work well as part of a team to achieve the organizational objective /target in particular time frame.
Perform other assigned tasks as requested by management.
Dress appropriately in accordance to company policy to be presentable at all times to customers.
