Getting all the information about the invoices to be made to customers, verify with quotations and LPO inwards and prepare the sales invoices through the Accounting System.
Follow up all receivable due for payment on daily basis and make sure that the cheque is ready for collection and make arrangement for cheque collection and bank deposits.
Receive Cash & Check Payment from Showroom and make arrangement for Bank Deposits.
Prepare Sales & Collection Report on daily basis.
Handling & monitoring of aging of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables and ensure periodic review analysis of accounts details.
Scrutinize the customer accounts and provide information about the overdue invoices to the Finance Manager on weekly basis.
Posting all Receipts in to the system and tally with the Bank Statements.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation on an ongoing basis.
Handling Petty Cash Fund of the company and review cash disbursement and replenishment to ensure accuracy of all accounting entries before posting in Accounting System.
Responsible to update the Daily Cash Position.
Processing and schedule of payments for all supplier invoices, LC documentation, TT payment and releasing check schedule.
Responsible to prepare month end schedules and detailed analysis of Trial Balance, P & L accounts and reconciliation of related Balance Sheet accounts.
Responsible to prepare Monthly Cash Flow Projection.
Preparation of monthly statements of intercompany balances with other Group of Companies.
Directly reporting to the Admin & Finance Manager.
