Executive Solutions - talent hub (focused mostly on recruitment) dealing with governmental, semi-governmental and large private groups of companies. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Since June 2014 - on the client’s site (in-house) - AMMROC (Semi governmental organisation, dealing with MRO services for UAE armed forces) - responsible for full cycle of recruitment for 9 departments.
Responsibilities:
• In-house A-Z Recruitment: budget, organizational chart and job description approvals, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers
• Dealing with a high volume project based recruitment
• Supervising, training and coaching project members on various topics related to the project; conducting weekly reports and quarterly performance appraisals of the team members
• Making sure all the project processes are in place and well coordinated between all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Implemented all Training Processes from A to Z (concept, design, manuals, delivery, monitoring, evaluation etc.) including Train the Trainers
- Assisted in design and implementation of number of projects (recruitment campaigns, fairs, team-building events, conferences, competitions, entertainment activities)
• Designed and delivered the Company Training Programs based on the organization and the individual needs (organization, coordination, delivery)
• Coordinated full cycle of in house recruitment on very dynamic urgent weekly demands
• Coordinated on boarding, pay role, travel and other HR processes
• Developed and organized training manuals, multimedia visual materials and other educational materials
• Managed the delivery of training and development programs (induction, leadership, brand, sales and others)
• Monitored and reviewed the progress of trainees
• Evaluated training and development programs (feedback, mystery shopping etc.)
- Acquired new clients among universities
- Coordinated with existing campaign participants
• Coordinated business development across 5 countries in Eastern Europe
• Recruited/Grew a new department
• Developed and delivered trainings for employees and distributors
