.Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
.Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
.Monitor local competitors. Handles customer questions, complaints, and issues.
.Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
.Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
.Organize and distribute staff schedules.
.Preside over staff meetings.
.Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.

Reporting directly to the Operations manager and Regional brand manager.Directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
To assist the sales team in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Operations Manager.
