• Payroll: Responsible to ensure that all required details for payroll processing is updated.
• Data Compliance: Responsible to ensure that employee’s data is updated in the system.
• HR Reports & Tracker: Prepare the monthly reports and maintaining dashboard and trackers.
• Reward & Recognition: Responsible to gather the employee’s ratings for the quarterly reward and recognition. Arrange the activity and awarding.
• Employees Engagement: Arranging monthly activity for employees, festive celebration and award winnings celebration.
• Employee Separation: Process employee separations viz., - Resignation, Termination, Non-Renewal, absconder on a timely basis, as per agreed guidelines and company policy. Prepare final settlements
• Performance Management: Assist HRM in rolling out Performance Management Process, update and maintain relevant information in the employee file. Prepare/ issue increment and promotion letters. Update relevant info in HRMS/ payroll and communicate to relevant personnel
• Employee visa renewals and labor card renewals: Keep track of and arrange timely renewal of residence visa as per Company policy and within agreed timeline. Track update of renewed documents in HRMS and communicate to relevant personnel.
• Labor Contract Amendments: Responsible for amendment of labor contracts and visa sponsorship change.
Updating the employee (Staff & Workers) details in the insurance / medical policies (Additions & Deletions).
•File insurance claims and follow up for payments.
•Maintaining updated records of all medical claims filed / payment received.
•Arranging the ticket booking for new employees and terminated employees.
•Assisting and preparing business correspondence and documentation.
•Answering phone queries for employee confirmation.
