- Define application development strategy & process life cycle.

- Manage EPG in managing CMMI Process improvement project through project life cycle.
- Manage QC Team As technical consultation to define internal process, tools and techniques that matched TPIG Framework and perform training and orientation.
- Design, Tailoring and customize SDLC process using TFS Process templates and perform required training and orientation.
- Manage, design and approve all templates and process assets for re-usability and unify project outputs.
- Ensure that each program/project is following the standard processes Agile / CMMI and using all related templates by conducting Process and Product QA audits as per the QA schedule for each program/project.
- Prepare the QA Audit Non-compliance Report (NCR) and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure that the QA Audit Non-compliance Report (NCR) corrective actions are implemented by the defined due dates and take corrective actions in case of any delay.
- Conduct periodic audits on the tracking reports on the program/ project QA schedule, track the NCR until project closure and validate the measurement data.
Review and approve the project Measurement and Analysis plans (MAP) and record comments in the V&V tracker.
- Collect and store the validated measurement data as per the frequency defined in the project Measurement and Analysis Plan (MAP) in the Measurement and Analysis sheet.
- Collect and store the validated Organizational Measurement and Analysis data as per the frequency defined in the Measurement and Analysis Plan (MAP) in the Organization Measurement & Analysis sheet.
- Review the Configuration Management plan(s) using the CMP review checklist, record comments in the V&V Tracker and track the defects till closure.

• Prepare the project’s status reports.
• Review project’s deliverables prepared by team according to the pre-determined requirements within the planed schedule before passing to client.

- Preparing and presenting status updates for various projects.
- Provides assistance in researching new and emerging technologies.
- Evaluating new tools, technologies and platforms to be included.
- Ensuring project process is followed (assignment objectives, post assignment performance reviews, etc.)
- Provides technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to application development teams across the organization.
-Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
-Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
-Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
-Applies Development / Testing Methodologies and enforces project standards.
-Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
-Handle exposure and risk on project.
-Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
