Roles:
· Draft, review and edit proposals for clients engagements.
· Support business development, client relations.
· Initiate and cultivate collaborative, strong, and strategic relationships with among teams, and between employees and
the management.
· Assist with the preparation of fee notes and supporting analysis for fee billings for different tax & zakat services.
· Follow up with clients on outstanding fees and coordinate with dispatch team for collection.
· Prepare paper requesting form and seek the required approval for payment.
· Track and monitor client billing, credit collection, time and expense.
· Support team members during busy seasons in different admin work, i.e.: Online Filing the tax&zakat declarations
through GAZT's portal.
· Assist in training and monitoring new and junior ASAs.
· Nominated to be part of the social committee team to arrange different activities for the staff during the year with a
given budget.
