• Provide recruitment support including resourcing and selection of professional candidates.
• Responsible for the employees on-boarding.
• Handle and monitor the legal websites such as GOSI, Mugeem, MOL ……. etc.
• Manage the day-to-day HR activities to ensure standards are followed - this includes, but not limited to, administering personnel files, leave management, tracking employees’ time and attendance.
• Implementation of policies and procedures, all in accord with the local labour law, the regional HR governance framework and business needs.
• Handling payroll processing and tracking and reporting payroll information.
• Deal with banking services: open accounts, update account information, issue ATM cards…etc.
• Promote and sell bank products and services to customers.
• Manage costumer needs and solve problems.
• Build a strong relation with the costumer.
• Provide customer service regarding instalments issues.
• Process and review customer accounts.
• Remind customers for their monthly instalments.
• Weekly and monthly report to direct supervisor.
