Key Responsibilities:
o Follow-up of the recruitment process for new employees (preparation of employment contract).
o Keeping and archiving records and documents - Entering employees' data through the company's
system.
o Following up and executing daily requests of employee’s system.
o Resolving employees' issues and handling their complaints.
o Follow-up the leave and Rejoin request for employees within the company's system.
o Preparation of experience certificates for employees.
o Investigate the complaints of non-acceptable actions and behaviors.
o Conduct other investigations as directed by HR Manager and issue warning letters.
o Process salaryi ncrements, promotions, relocation allowances throughthe company’s system.
o Develop and implement policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

o Screening resumes.
o Create a database of qualified candidates in advance of need.
o Sourcing for candidates using online platforms.
o Advertise job openings on social media.
o Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
o Make and send job offer emails, and answer queries about compensation and benefits. o Following up on the interview process status.

Key Responsibilities:

o Sourcing for candidates using online platforms.
o Creating database of CVs.
o Designing and updating job descriptions.
o Handling company’s Emails.
o Write Contracts with Recruitment Agencies.
