Perform hands-on role by providing guidance and technical support to the
project HSE Senior Engineer.
 Participate in introduction of safety culture at site/project, Proper take over/hand
over of shifts.
 Review End of Shift Safety Report (ESSR) of previous shift.
 Coordination with contactor & consultant safety representative for site visit and
find solution to urgent, critical safety issues.
 Carry out Hazard Identification, note non compliances and other safety issues.
 Communicate identified hazards and required safety measures to contractor
safety and execution teams.
 Follow up for the pending issues of previous shifts and coordinate unresolved
issues with next shift.
 Monitor & report the effectiveness of Contractor Permit to work (PTW) system.
 Participate and support as needed in investigations and accident analysis and
recommend corrective preventive measures.
 Implement a process to ensure that contractors work within the HSE legislation
and abide by all project HSE practices and procedures.
 Provide a safe working environment & ensure effective coordination, send
effective coordination between execution & safety team.
 Prepare ESSR & update Excel Sheet, Upload these documents in share folder &
copy to responsible HSE Senior Engineer, making sure all documents have been
completed and saved.
 In case of any nonconformity detected, Issue Improvement Notice (IN), Non
Conformance Report (NCR) & Stop Work Notice (SWN) as per site safety issues.
 Communicate all these notices within the team, Ensure that notices issued are
effective.
 Ensure Work Resumption Order (WRO) has been issued after complete
rectification of comments and in consultation with area HSE Senior Engineer.

I was assigned as Application Engineer;
- Responsible for collection of inquiries, selection of equipment "chillers, AHU and FCU" / load calculation &
load estimation, calculating prices and preparing offer, also Liaise with Consultant.
- Responsible for assisting Sales Engineers in preparation of Offers/Technical submittals/ clarification and/or
technical liaising with approved sources as required.
- Responsible for supporting & assisting Consultants (customer’s representative) in getting the products
specified.

To assist the Sales Engineers in preparing quotations
