 Receiving the PTW (Permit to Work) document for signing and maintain the record of PTW, check the proper attachment like MS, TRA & related equipment’s Documents.
 Maintaining the Permit Receiving Register and Area Supervisor Register.
 Responsibilities of preparing official correspondence like letters, Memo’s, Transmittal, Project Query and Memorandum.
 Maintain a calendar of activities, Meeting and various events for HSE Management, coordinates activities with other department.
 Organizing meetings and conferences between HSE Department and IPMT (PMC-JACOB).
 Preparing the Agenda and MOM and keep records of proceeding.
 Attending the Weekly HSE Walkthrough with Contractor, PMT and Sub-Contractor.
 Preparing Timesheet for HSE Department employees, maintained the timesheet record and control the Over Time.
 Preparing Project HSE Weekly Reports (Highlights) of RRW Project.
 Preparing Project HSE Monthly Report of RRW Project.
 Preparing the Near Miss Report & investigate the incident and maintained the Log of all these activities and uploading the Near Miss data in EIP system.
 Preparing the Safety Observation Report & KPI Report for Contractor & IPMT.
 Handle the HSE department PPE store.
 Preparing Purchase request through EIP system, Distribution and maintaining stock of PPE.
 Worked as a focal point between Contractor (HSE-Dept.) and PMT (HSE-Dept.).
 Preparing the Vehicle Gate pass to enter the site.
 Marinating the all HSE documentation work.
 Performed general clerical duties like Photocopying, faxing, mailing etc.

Accountabilities:

 Responsibilities of preparing official correspondence like letters, Memo’s, Transmittal, Project Query and Technical Memorandum.
 Maintain a calendar of activities, Meeting and various events for Management, coordinates activities with other department.
 Screen telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle in appropriate manner.
 Organizing meetings and conferences between IK (KSA), OOK (Korea), PMT and Contractor.
 Preparing Timesheet for SMP employees, update in SAP system and maintained the timesheet record and control the Over Time.
 Preparing the Agenda and MOM and keep records of proceeding.
 Preparing Project Weekly Reports (Highlights) of CP1 Project.
 Preparing Project Monthly Report of CP1 Project.
 Support for Value Certificate verification of CP1 Project.
 Support in consolidation and uploading items completion punch list data in the MPCS system.
 Provide the MPCS summary report to Management on Daily basis.
 Received the RFI from Contractor and maintained the log and distribute the concerned Engineer for Inspection.
 Preparing the LBE, NCR and DRR with QA/QC Engineer coordination and Maintained the Log of all these activities.
 Performed general clerical duties like Photocopying, faxing, mailing etc.
 Greet and guide visitors, organize and maintain diaries and make appointments.
 Act as liaison between management and staff, by transmitting the memos, instruction and assignments then follow up on their status.
 Recommended action to be taken on office expenditure such as office stationary.
 Execution of personal organization tasks like Create Travel Request, Flight and Taxi Booking of Project Engineers through SAP system.
 Prepare Project Engineers Expenses Reports.
 Assist project engineers in business travel coordination and arrangements e.g. flight, hotel, transportation, meeting schedule, visa application, travel itinerary etc.
 Assist a variety of department operations; perform special project and assignment as requested by Management.
