Determine operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses.
Maintain and improve operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; conducting system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
Accomplish operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Prepare Operations department performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Responsible for correspondence with Technical & Testing, MIS, CS, Installation, Sales, Admin, Security & Upper Management over any issues related to the Department.

Develops and builds data reporting and tracking tools and manages daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Develop and implement strategies to support negotiations as assigned
Provided services, Video Monitoring MDVR, ADMS, Temperature Monitoring, Cold Chain Vehicles, Cold Storage
Fuel Monitoring, Vehicles Fuel Monitoring & Genset and Load Monitoring)
Driver And Vehicles, Seat Belts, Overspending, harsh driving, and harsh braking
Corresponding & coordination with corporate clients and vendors. (Local & multinational vendors and clients)
Maintained records for compliance with internal and external support.
