• To be a Key point of contact for branch customers, handling customer enquiries and complaints.
• To facilitate account opening and selling of the Bank’s products to branch customers.
• To monitor service and quality indicators and take corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Incharge of all operations of the branch.
• To ensure process efficiency and implement measures to improve productivity constantly.
• To analyse customer transcations to ensure Customer due diligence and Anti Moey Laundering requirements and to report unusual trancsactions to Compiance department if not satisfied with customer transaction.

Coodinate with sales department for new connections and recovery from customers.
Make necessary reports for higher management regarding sales, marketing and recovery from customers.
Make payment schedules and payments according to Purchase Orders.
Make Bank and cash reconciliations with daily activity.
Make incentives of sales persons in accordance with their performance.
Make daily vouchers of transctions.
The Degree is Masters in Banking and finance.Specially emphasizes on Management techniques in financial institutions.
