QA/UAT Analyst
Bank of America is the 2nd largest commercial bank in the United States measured in assets, and the third-largest company in the world by the 2006 (According to Forbes Global 2000)

Project 1: UDAP /Reg-Z/CCA.
Changes are necessary to comply with Credit Card Act (CCA) as Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP) join agency proposal and Reg-Z proposal. Change s with these specific section will drive additional ancillary changes throughout the card processing environment including but not limited to customer satisfaction, customer marketing, e-commerce, franchise, statement production, payment processing, etc.
The scoop of this project includes business and system requirements need to comply with UDAP and Reg-Z proposal as currently written.
Project 2: MMSB
MMSB (Money Market Small Business) expand our rewards program by using World Point currency platform and recognize relationship in the point structure. Small Business Card will focus in innovation as a key pillar to drive growth and steal share in SB card market. The key objective of the project is to introduce a new product leveraging the World point currency in Bank of America (SRS systems) allowing us to create value proposition difficult to replicate in the market place by recognizing the customer relationship (amplifier) and house holding of points across different Consumer & Small Business Products.

Project 3: Alaska Enrollment Bonus
The purpose of this project is to automate the process for awarding Bonus Enrollment miles to all Alaska, US and Canada consumer card accounts upon approval. The project is expected to deliver automate bonus miles enrollment at the account level based on source code and product type. This functionality should be flexible enough to utilize for additional co branded mileage program.

Project 4: Teller Application.
In Bank of America worked on a teller application designed and developed for front office environment in Bank of America retail banking operation. As a front-end application, it is used by the tellers in the banking centers to process transactions of retail and business customer.
Responsibilities: • Analyzed Software and Business Requirements documents to get a better understanding of both MBNA and Bank of America system from technical and business perspectives
• Reported defects using Quality Center, also verified fixes and closed bugs during regression testing. This testing was done to ensure proper application functionality, data entry, processing, and interface stability with an established baseline for future tests.
• Involved in creating Test data, Test procedures, Test cases and documentation.
• Configuration testing was done to validate and verify that the client application functions properly on the prescribed workstations.
• Tested the Prepared Validations of the banking documents like Dispatch Account balance, cheque bounces, payments, transactions, Invoice payments, Credit card bills for the module pool and transaction programming, Involved in testing.
• Validate and process the account in TSYS (Total Systems) screens.
• Maintain card holder's profile through TSYS.
• Extensively used TSYS for data conditioning.
• Worked on TSYS green screens (MAGI, IAGI, IAPS, MCGI, MAAP, MAFP, and IAES)
• Generated new accounts for both consumer and small business using Product offering engine (POE) for pricing.
• Developed various test cases for data validation and business function validation of UAT.
• Pulled source data for UAT validation.
• Involved the robustness of each test case, including error handling and branching logic.
• Creating modules data sets for greater continuity between existing tests.
• Involved in developing automation process documentation.
• Attended requirement meetings.
• Reported QA status to upper management.
• Database testing on Mainframe application.
• Perform system testing (Black Box) on AUT.
• Extensively involved in meetings and reviews to resolve issues related to open issue.

Allstate is a one of the leading insurance company. This Project is designed to quote new business and customer care models. The main purpose of this project (Multi Access Integration) is to let their customers get auto, life, home and personal insurance quotes online. Once a customer chose their plan Allstate would send Statements, Policies and Different Notices in Adobe PDF format and sends them through Email to their customers. . Once the customer opens the PDF it asks for the customers User id and Password for Security Verification, if it matches then Statement, Policy, or Notices will be populated in that PDF document.

Responsibilities: • Analyzed the Business Requirements Document (BRD), modified the Test Plan and prepared detailed Test Cases.
• Established and executed test procedures, used defect tracking software packages, logged all defects, analyzed test results and defect data, reported on the status of project.
• Developed various test cases for data validation and business function validation of AUT.
• Used Putty to connect to the AS/400 server.
• Executed UNIX commands to invoke batch file processing.
• Participated with user groups to perform extensive User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Went into server logs for the invoked batch job and logged exception errors found for that job.
• Once batch files were processed wrote issues found in statement validation between the PDF statements received through email and statements received from core (AS400), using the test cases in Test Director for those issues.
• Wrote issues found in notice validation between the PDF statements received through email and notices received from core (AS400), using the test cases in Test Director for those issues and reporting them.
• Maintained test records, provided ideas for improvement, assisted in maintaining client's change control system, developed documentation, including procedures used by other departments, reviewed documentation, specifications, test procedures, validated documentation, including operator manuals.
• Created, maintained and analyzed a product release testing, recommended process improvements, implemented and complied with client's quality system.
• Participated in the establishment of general system standards and rules for system testing.
• Tracked Bugs and Reported using Defect Tracking and Maintenance Tool.
