* Managed and the delivered the Mechanical Temporary Works package
for the Reactor cavity, consisting of Stainless steel liners ranging from
12-16m high, stainless steel pipework, anchorage frames etc.
* Responsible for managing all Temporary Works schemes across the
three work sites as the Temporary Works Manager and DI. Tasked with
ensuring all TW’s are delivered to comply with BS5975 and CDM
regulations.
* Technical point of call for Site supervisors for all Temporary Works
issues; Ensuring works are completed to the TW Design, Method
Statement and Inspection and Test Plan

Works Co-Ordinator. This involved taking Temporary Works designs

* As Project Engineer I was lead Technical point of call for my team and I
had overall responsibility for ensuring all works were undertaken to the
strict works technical specification and Inspection test plans (ITP).
* Directly managed a team of Senior, Section & Graduate/Site Engineers. I
take great pride in mentoring my Engineers in order for them to achieve
their full potential and develop in their careers.
* Handled all technical interface with the client and designer through
various mechanisms such as Technical workshops, submission of
Technical Queries etc.
* My role also saw me manage commercial issues alongside the
commercial team. This included administering the contract and
ensuring accurate and timely submission of all contractual particulars,
Early Warnings, Compensation Events etc. My commercial role also
saw me manage several subcontract packages, including the Post-
Tensioning and Monitoring subcontractors.
* Throughout my time on the Reactor building, I was tasked with
developing the site construction programme. This included monitoring
and feeding back progress to the client and my upper management via
various KPI's, as well as implementing any mitigation measures when
necessary to avoid any delay to the construction programme.
