Working as Senior Accountant & responsible for operations activities of the company. Making comparative analysis in terms of profitability, financial position, cash flows of the company. Preparing individual & consolidated financial statements.
Preparing actual vs budget reports.
Managing Fixed Asset data, additions, disposal, transfer etc.
Bar coding fixed assets, annual inventory, verification of asset purchasing process. Responsible for monthly VAT filing.
Ensuring recording of books as per IFRS standards.
Recording the whole general transaction, posting, Preparation of Final Accounts. Dealing with External Auditors. Issuing monthly Payroll, Reconciling bank statements, Customer statements, supplier statements, preparing aging reports, making analysis and submitting reports to the managers.
Recording of sales, maitaining daily cash flows, reconciling bank statements, customer statements. Issuing cheques to suppliers. Making sales reports location wise, product wise, brand wise, etc there by submitting reports to managers.
Responsible for entering journal entries in Tally software, making computerized sales invoices, purchase invoices. Preparing daily and monthly sales report from the system and in Excel. Handling petty cash expenses. Issuing payroll of the staff. Making Bank reconciliations. Checking inventory count, identifying the damage products. Preparing monthy sales report by product, by customer, by brand. Keeping record of the account payables.
