Role & Responsibilities
Financial reporting and analysis: Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements of all
business units;
• Cash flows management: Monitoring cash flows to ensure liquidity needs are met and
recommend appropriate cash management strategies.
• Managing relationships with banking partners and overseeing the company's cash
management systems.
• Preparing, analyzing all financial plans and budgets of all activities, locations, of business
operations, including consistency checks
• Optimizing financial processes and performance through data analysis..
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and Accounting standards.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS packs, including P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Volume
analysis, Working Capital Management, Treasury reporting, KPI..
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing in accordance with Audit, managing the
audit process and liaising with external Auditors.
• Implemented ERP software -Dynamics 365 in entire Group
• Manage all accounting transactions, Prepare budget forecasts, Handle monthly, quarterly
and annual closings, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank
payments. Compute WHT taxes and prepare VAT, tax & Zakat returns, prepare balance
sheets and profit/loss statements in line with IFRS requirements .
•Analyzing the financial and credit history of the company & Establishment to evaluate
•Preparing RAC and CAM spread sheets from company's financials to analyze risk,
•Calculate Ratio analysis, and prepare MIS reporting.
