1. Controlling the purchase and importing/Exporting of all procured items & receiving operations up to our store.
2. Interfaces with operations manager to plan and prioritize monthly procurement plan of multiple international suppliers and negotiating price and payment with delivery terms.
3. Preparing & processing purchase orders obtaining all internal approvals and maintaining records of all shipment received.
4. Implementing certain format to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.
5. In line of shipping document coordinating with suppliers to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations. And for export shipments to our subsidiary preparing & processing all required supporting document and supervise shipping till shipment reach to destination.
6. Liaison with the management and store department to maintain optimum inventory.
7. Liaison with finance department for timely payment of PI. (Such as preparing the Letter of Credit & telegraphic transfer “TT”).
8. Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management.
9. Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues.
10. Negotiation the freight with shipping line, Supervise shipping and receiving operations till shipment reach our store.
