Description of Project: The Project (Establish and Operating the PMO) Developing the PMO organizational structure and the framework accordance with international standards in Municipality and affiliated Municipalities Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Monitoring schedules and preparing look ahead and catch-up plans in Primavera P6 2.Maintaining and updating change management log for all the projects. 3.Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports. 4.Develop, maintain and update the Integrated Project Master Schedule. 5.Monitoring of actual progress, comparison to baseline and reporting progress against schedule.
