- Acting as an integral part of MPLS L2 Support Team, contributing to all Operations activities,
including implementing any new changing or editing in the Network Environment devices
- Assisting new customers by ascertaining their needs regarding support and internet provision
- Monitoring the utilization link and activity of all network operation devices, as well as trouble-shooting any arising issues, as necessary.
- Supporting the Performance Team, by preparing and reviewing Performance Reports for the MPLS Network, in addition to configuring all new customers in MPLS devices.
- Upgrade the sites from static route to BGP route, monitoring the network traffic for any issue and try to find the debug via trace route.
- Maintaining all Saudi Post sites (Saudi Arabia-based), identifying and rectifying any networking issues.
- Creating a Performance Report that collects global information from all Network Departments (MPLS/ISP /NOC) and assisting commercial team with customers’ technical support.
- Working on Share Point, with the objective of organizing all the Network Operational Documents that belong to Operation, NOC and Service Delivery teams.
- Ku band satellite link installation, configuration and maintains in VSAT system in
different platform ( HUGHES- HNS, ADVANTECH SATELLITE NETWORK- ASN and iDirect ).
- Troubleshooting at customer’s sites and recovery to normal operation.
- 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.4m antenna size installation.
- Coordination with customers and site survey.
- Testing and recovering VSAT satellite modems.
- SCPC, DVB satellite links installation and configuration.
- Router configuration at customer’s site.
