- Implement a solid Intellectual Property System in the area of Infant Formulae
- Coordinate industrialization of new products on existing production lines (i.e. Extrusion, baking)
- Optimize existing production lines to improve product quality
- Lead and coordinate product development for bakery business (breads, bread replacers, cakes, biscuits), both in house and at co-manufactures
- Ensure full compliancy with Heinz quality standards
- Guarantee safety of the people working under my responsibility
- Coordinate a team of 15+ people to deliver daily volumes at the right quality
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives
