The accounts team consists of nine accountants
I am do the interview with them
( general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable )
Follow-up with customers’ accounts (statement of account) .
Audit bills (Amount and data and taxes) .
Follow-up suppliers’ accounts (statement of account) .
Expenses and petty cash (general and sales) analysis ( monthly and end of the year ) with AMERICAN JORNAL .
Profit and loss analysis per month and end of the year ( CHART OF COST CENTER )
Make Checks and follow up it with bank
Audit transfer to agent and agent statement
Follow-up bank statements per month
Audit Cash journal daily and cash flow
Up to date daily sheets (cash, libalities, customer, checks )
Audit of salaries
Preparation of sales tax and now added value tax
Study trial balance
The work of the financial position, the income statement, the statement of cash flows, the depreciation of assets, and the work of the financial solutions for the financial position
Attend a tax examination
All Accounts using books and computer ( EXCEL, ERP SYSTEM, ACCESS DATABASE ) to make duple check
Program design using Microsoft Access
Analyzing expenses (cash or bank) and following up on the treasury and the bank. And print detailed reports.
- Cost centers for each process (expected and actual upon completion) to calculate the monthly and annual profits and link them to the customer and employee and calculate the monthly commissions. And print detailed reports.
