I am responsible for the - Wide range of General, Technical and Department Specific \[Automotive Division\] trainings, orientation & induction at large. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, I and my team are rigorously seeking for better ways to train the RANGS GROUP Dhaka’s Human capital. “Well-Trained” will be the Keyword.
Prepare - budget, forecasting, training and development for the subordinates \[13 members team\], Set targets and involve the team to reach it by the deadline.
Recruitment & Training Soleley under my supervision.
As agreed with the role profile, I was responsible for the overall improvement of the High achieving Bangladesh Exams team.
Core activities included - Planning & forecasting \[both Financial & Operational\]
Training Need assessment for the team & individuals
Briefing the SMT regarding future plans, updates on the active plans & major changes.
To gear up ICICI Bank’s office in Bangladesh, promote the bank’s branding, generate awareness and image building, uphold the bank’s reputation, and drive business objectives.
To manage the bank’s entire internal and external affairs in my designated geographical areas - as Relationship Officer (internal issues will involve a combination of Human Resources/IT/Administrative responsibilities while the external issues will revolve around the various aspects relating to public affairs/managing regulatory/client issues).
To resolve queries and requirements of the Bankers as well as the Sales team to drive the bank’s business objectives in Bangladesh and sustain staff motivation - business focus being on the Financial Institutions niche.
To represent the bank in all regulatory and business forums - requisites meetings with senior government and regulatory officials as well as various chambers of commerce.
To work under direct supervision of senior management of the bank at the Head Office in view of existing and potential medium-long term business opportunities and investment outlook of the country.
Major focus was on - International trade, Economics & HRM.
